I just got fired for the first time. And everyone agrees it’s was bullshit. No justified reasons. Admin had only engaged w me 5 out of the 150+ days I worked when I NEEDED supports and ASKED to be full time. Just 100% makes no sense. Great
if you have any documentation of that, like, texts emails or remember dates of those conversations wtv. if u fr did nothing wrong besides asking for more hrs, you can still report them to the eeoc for wrongful termination
