I use my notes 😂 I miss some dates but yea I just put the first date in my notes I don’t really need to track it I just like to see

i do the same thing, and even before that the most i did was write the day of the cycle i was on in my monthly planner (just a 1 in the corner of the day i got my period, 2, etc)😭 also i used to always get cramps before my period, so id know i had anywhere between 10 hours and 10 seconds to get my ass to the bathroom lol
