it was still a fun trip! i went on the swinging bridge at grandfather mountain for the first time after chickening out during a family trip a year earlier. i couldn’t cross that bridge again now if i look down from a height my vision becomes like tunneled and all i see is how high i am and its actually horrific im so scared of heights

it doesn’t look that bad but when ur on a bridge somewhere like that that swings and it’s always REALLY windy (or at least it has been every time i’ve been) it’s very scary and that plus fear of heights equals panic
