if your brother passes down his car to u and seemingly intentionally does that right before his inspection expires so that u have no choice but to face all the repair costs to have it passed, would u be irritated

im not saying he has to pay for all the repair costs, but is it reasonable to ask him to at least contribute? he used it heavily and even the roof interior is peeling off so I’ll have to deal with that in the future

it was handed down to me but his procrastination led to me fixing things that should’ve been fixed a long time ago. it just kinda feels intentional
