it feels so pick me when girls give green flags or nice compliments to guys on tea who have been posted for SA or cheating. “nooo he was so sweet to me and respectful” okay? and i’m telling you he talks to minors so…?

I really don’t get why men get so mad about the tea app if you haven’t done bad shit then you don’t have anything to worry about? And if you’re as good as you say your actions will redeem you and again you have nothing to worry about. Women deserve to be informed on what they’re getting into

idk i think it makes a lot of sense. i’ve known some dangerous dudes and always wished i could warn other girls about them and im honestly so glad someone made it. i see how it could seem weird but i think a bit of weirdness is worth it for safety. plenty of guys have good ratings and scores who deserve it

i get that but like after the whole data leak fiasco and the app basically being an open door for anyone to hack and get the data they want out of the ppl posting like i dont get why anyone would willingly put themselves in danger like that. Like imo there's other apps n shit u could use for that 🤷‍♀️ the tea app just puts a giant target on ur back

It’s also just dumb asf. It plays into the damn phone scenario. Our generation is so obsessed with each other we can’t even take the time to learn about someone. I have changed MAJORLY in the last 1-2 years so the things people say about me could be old news. It’s just dumb

“can’t take the time to learn about someone” are you fr. as if a man would ever tell you he has SA allegations against him?? idk girl i dealt with an abusive narcissist for a year if i can save any other girl from that i’m happy. sure people can change, or people can not change. it doesn’t keep anyone from dating them. it just gives a heads up of what to look out for

i agree that phone culture is not that great but you can’t ignore the safety benefits of having something to warn you about guys that are genuine weirdos. also girls have been gossiping about people they’ve dated since forever. if you look up a guy and all that’s on there is “weird” like you can literally just ignore it. it’s up to users to choose what they can get over and what they can’t but there needs to be an option to report bad behavior that could endanger people bc it IS common

i agree 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️, and sometimes the "getting to know" can be dangerous too cause men r fucking weirdos fr but i just wish we had a better system that actually protected the women speaking up

yes they gossip with people they know. you guys are trusting randoms to tell the truth and that’s not always the case. men do stupid shit but women go crazy and *SOMETIMES* make shit up just to get back at them. believing everything on the tea app is the same as believing everything you see on tiktok. go touch grass

id rather believe a potential "liar" about a man being dangerous than risk my life trying to find out if they told the truth or not, i dont think warning someone is a crazy thing bro

fr….the only people i’ve seen get truly mad about the tea app are men who have done sketchy shit they don’t want anyone to know about

fr like men i’ve been involved with who i’ve had a nice time with all have amazing reviews of women gushing about how funny and sweet they are. like if anything it makes you look better if you’re a good guy.
