used the women’s locker room yesterday as a trans woman and guess what happened? nothing. no stares, no questions, one or two friendly conversations. no one gave a fuck. it’s almost like i’m not a threat to women’s safety and i just wanted to change 🤔🤔🤔
Idk how people even notice tbh because I’m not even looking at others when I’m in a bathroom or locker room 😭

Im so glad you were able to do that safely, i feel so scared for my transfem friends cuz as a masc lesbian i get kicked out of bathrooms/locker rooms frequently

i’m so sorry 🫂 it’s getting rougher for queer ppl everywhere and it sucks that transmisogyny is getting so violent that even cis people are feeling its effects. i’m lucky to pass as cis but ik not everyone has that same privilege, i really feel bad for my community

Well im not exactly cis but youre so right, even in really gay/trans places transmisogyny permeates all gendered spaces it sucks so bad i feel for my trans sisters sm

sorry i called you cis twin, but yeah transmisogyny is getting even worse to the point where political campaigns focus almost exclusively on being transmisogynistic when it comes to lgbt issues

This right here. I’m uncomfortable with the thought of seeing anybody’s bits regardless of what said bits may be. Eyes averted at all times

I pass surprisingly well for being on HRT only 6th months, and i don’t really relate to any of the trans girls here. All of them get really flirtatious because they like how feminine I am. I’m on the rainbow floor of my school and it’s so bad I almost moved dorms

I’m at DePaul I’ve been on hormones since 15 and 10 months and I’m 22 now but I haven’t been consistent this whole time so I don’t feel I pass as much as I would like to so I’m trying to be consistent now
