Don’t go back to sleep if ur alone. U need to monitor ur fever in case it goes to high since ur not using fever suppressants rn. If u rlly need to go to sleep put an alarm every hour or 2 to check ur temperature

Lowkey though u can take Tylenol since it’s been 6 hours. Pop maybe half the dose to be safe but I rlly would control that fever

fr not being able to take anything is killing meeeeee. i might try to sleep again and just see how long i get then take fever reducer. im thinking it was just extra high bc i went to sleep cold and bundled up but woke up with that feeling passing into the hot flash

Take a Tylenol bc if ur fever gets to high it can cause some serious damage and u won’t realize when ur asleep
