I imagine i’ll take myself on a nice vacation, he’ll stay with the house and kids, and if he wants to go test his luck at a bar he can. If god forbid he succeeds, he can then decide how he feels after that. If his missing me and his love for me don’t outweigh the temptation to do it again than he was never mine to begin with

well then keep your opinions to yourself if you didn't want people commenting on them, obviously it doesn't matter but that doesn't meant you won't get criticism. you are consenting for your partner to cheat on you, that brings nothing but conflict to the relationship, especially that long into a marriage it makes no sense that you'd want them to be loyal but once you're 50+ then the standard changes
