3:50 AM I wake up, pain. I started my period. No biggie. 5:02 AM I am twisting in pain and groaning. I fear it’s shedding as one unit.

It was like bad. I feel like it was maybe 1/3 of it but it’s insane to feel. I had this happen before and I caught the tissue and lwk washed it. Yea I could see veins in that thing
