Question 1- when we wear pads we change them at least after every 3-4hrs, do u not change your underwear all day and I guess night (ex: sleep with the underwear and keep it on all day until shower) 2- when we use the restroom and don’t need to change pads it feels icky and cold to pull back up, does the period underwear not feel like that?

it’s absorbent underwear you wear on your period! my fave brand is Knix. they’re reusable so you can either handwash them or stick them in the washing machine. i love them soooo much

nope! no pads or tampons needed. you just bleed into the underwear 🤩 I’ve been wearing them for years and my periods are pretty heavy and I’ve never bled through them

it all depends on your flow girl. you can wear them for 12 hours but how many times you change them is up to you. that cold feeling with pads never bothered me and it never made me feel icky so idk
