Buy smaller portions and Dont focus too much on it or it’ll make you go crazy about it. just slowly go on a deficit you can still eat whatever you want but limit the amount

Honestly I used to struggle with over eating, my biggest thing is don’t watch anything while you eat, fully focus on eating and go into with the idea that once I don’t feel hungry and I’m teetering on the line of full and stuffed to stop or stop when it hurts don’t push. Limit yourself to buying one “bad” food per week (like chips), also I recommend getting exercise if you haven’t, I find that it helps

make your own snacks and desserts. I use chocolatecoveredKatie.com and fitfoodieliving(IG) everything becomes much easier when you’re satisfied and for the meals jalalsamfit on TikTok
