I’m tryna get more fit after being overweight for two years. Does anyone have any tips? I’m just so unmotivated and frustrated. I always imagined I’d be able to bounce back into fitness and health and girl my legs burned after 4 squats. Uphill battle😭

i’m also on this journey and just starting. i’ve mostly been walking more and less cal dense snacks. to increase walking i park farther in parking lots and make effort to walk around my house/dorm when im just chilling. i’ll watch something on my phone so im not thinking about walking around and dreading it
