Hey girl heyyy I was in a really really bad place before n went to an immediate care facility where they prescribed me SSRIs n anxiety meds. Didn’t even need to find a psychiatrist to get immediate help. 10/10 recommend if able. I hope you find a way out of this soon. Wish u the best🫶
