my best friend keeps reading my messages and ignoring them (ik bc i can no longer edit or unsend them). last week she told me she wanted to see the finale w me. today she said “see you later!” now she’s across town at someone else’s house. :,)

it is rude and inconsiderate of her but you’re also tweaking a little. all of these messages within an hour means you’re probably dedicating too much energy and putting too much dependence on this person.

I had a similar falling out with my bsf. She acted like she still loved me, but turns out she had been complaining about me to a mutual friend for over a year. She ended up ghosting me entirely and I never got an explanation from her, only what I heard from the mutual friend. It’s hard.

she’s my best friend and sister. like we literally call each other sisters. we’ve been best friends for 13 years and made plans specifically with each other and not a group (“we” meant my parents). and it was within an hour bc the show came out at 8

i don’t think it’ll be ghosting. i think it’s just her having a bitchy night. we’ve had similar fights over the years. she’s also my next door neighbor and if she would try to ghost me, i’d fucking show up and demand answers bc i’m not playing that game lmao
