That’s great but to any other woman here, remember and might not be attainable while staying healthy. The strong and healthy version of you is beautiful:)

i really advocate for stomach vacuums. those work out your inner core and how your core stays together. it makes it very strong and is my go to tbh. i love doing these timed sit-ups with weights. so you have level 1 on the floor and level 4 is all the way sitting up and obv 2 and 3 fall between those. you make a number sequence that goes for 2 mins straight and every 3 seconds say a diff number.

also hanging from the bar and bringing your knees up helps a lot with my core. lots of the workouts you see online work but they make people very boxy there. if you just do these 3 and just do a calorie deficit it will help a lot more than the other workouts.

i’ve been doing stomach vacuums though since I was 13 to 14 years old and I’m 24 now and literally at my heaviest I did have a little bit of a belly but nothing crazy and I still had my lines on my stomach. That’s how I can advocate for them lol.

honestly i eat anything. this is also slightly genetic as well so im very appreciative for that. not gonna lie I eat like a boy. 😭😭😭 im a bit picky with veggies but i love love love fruit. i should def eat more veggies but i take vitamins and greens to help with it and hide it using mashed potatoes and riced cauliflower.

I do have 10 to 14 cups of water a day though, a gallon, a day is great, but you don’t need that much to be honest. i try to focus on whole foods more than protein bars and shakes. i stay a bit lower carb ONLY because i have a slight gluten intolerance. honestly, cutting out a lot of sugar helped so much. I know people say that all the time and I didn’t believe them and then i did cut out sugar for a bit and the difference is crazy

I also tell everyone they should take omega 3 fish oil, magnesium, a multivitamin and iron (also add in vitamin c and d if the multi doesn’t have it.) I just started adding this as well to what I’m doing and my body FEELS ever better. older body builders have amazing advice for working out on YT
