Can’t go for a drive bc gas is too high. Can’t go for a hike because my chronic migraines are bad. Can’t vent to my friends because I don’t want to slander my bf to my friends. I’ve lost all my coping mechanisms and I’m spiraling.
For the last one, I always vent on here. I get my feelings out without ruining anyone’s view / relationship on him

Yeah lmao. It’s usually “I’m hungry” “then eat” like if it was that easy I would’ve fixed the problem instead of complaining. They always give the simplest answer ever and act like they’re the first person to ever think of it
