sounds like to me a classic case of miscommunication. to him, prob anytime before 8-9 is “the day,” whereas to you anytime before dinner (my guess) is the day. but i’m on your side. 7pm is NOT the day, it’s the evening, bordering on night. esp with the sun setting earlier. would you feel comfy telling him that’s too late for you and seeing what he says?

i’m sooo pissed bc i was actually looking forward to seeing him too like WHAT i know im not crazy 7 oclock is not the afternoon. AFTER HE SAID “i would actually rather do something in the day so that’s perfect” ?????? make it make sense

that’s exactly what i meant by day/afternoon like before dinner time 😭 but yeah i told him that i already made plans for around that time since i though we agreed on the daytime and he hasn’t responded so🥀

yeah after reading your other replies i’d agree with #2. he was def expecting you to accomodate for him. gauge whether or not you wanna give him another chance cause i’d be hella wary after this
