as in less processed foods. ik cooking is hard and it took me a while to learn to cook food that i’ll actually eat (im picky) but buying fruits, vegetables, milk, eggs, meat and cooking at home is 1000x healthier because they’re in their natural state which has lots of fiber and other nutrients compared to processed foods which have harmful added sugar, excess fats and salts
