I know, I just feel bad doing it because we volunteer together. We both work in worship, and she leads singing. So it would be awkward if I was the reason our church’s lead singer for worship is missing

That’s a her problem tbh. She doesn’t feel bad about making you late or the fact that she’s holding everyone up by being the LEAD SINGER and not coming. Like it’s not about being mean or anything but you gotta let people experience the consequences of their own actions sometimes
