I feel like that’s also a huge disability issue. Like yeah most wheelchairs could probably roll over it but it’s still a hazard that’s in the way, sidewalks are meant to be flat even ground. little things like this matter when it comes to ppl who have disabilities that limit their movement.

nah u actually should report that to yhe building management and the disability office in ur state. this is the exact reason most chargers are right on the curb here in texas. thats a huge fall hazard and an obstruction to the sidewalk. my first thought when i read “flat on your stomach” was what if it had been a pregnant woman. id file some complaints asap
