My love they are fish. Everything in that tank was made for them, with the idea that they don’t die. They will be okay — and if they aren’t, it’s not gonna be your fault. I’m just like u lowkey and trust me, you’re doing a good job ❤️ and if by chance they are betta fish they will reenact fight club but they are indestructible

i watched the two fish for an hour before cleaning my room because i was so nervous about the filter being too strong and they were fine. after this incident i covered the big side with one of their plant leaves but left the bottom bit and small side so it still filters the water but i am so anxious over these fish I have been like an eagle over them all day.
