
So I despise going to the gym. It’s cuz all the machines are taken and it’s overcrowded. I still go anyways but I simple cannot find time and I take so long at the gym. Then I hate the way I smell after going to the gym so I wanna take a shower there but then I have to carry too many things around. I live like a 15 min walk away from the gym but it’s uphill on the way back so I hate going home after the gym. I guess I’m asking how do/did you manage?
Then I’ve gone at all times, there is no best time. Maybe I’m just doing too much at the gym but I’m short so i literally need to do that to lose weight I don’t have a choice. I do the elliptical and treadmill then I try to get to my goal steps of the day which is 13k at the least. I’m 4 11 and I wanna lose 2 lbs a week and this works for me cuz my deficit is 900 cals, obviously u have to eat 1200 so I have to have more steps to compensate
