i have learned that with gas pain, it helps to sit criss-crossed on the floor, moving your body in a circle. just letting yall know in case you're also dying

As an IBS girl I love you for this tip, I’ll have to try it next time. I’ve also heard making a 90° angle with your legs flat against a wall and hands on your knees can be helpful

i discovered this bc nothing was really working but i remembered a tik tok said it helps to open the abdomen by sitting crisscrossed with a flat back and so i did that and im like physically unable to sit still so i started rocking in a circle without realizing at first and then it made it feel less like i was dying lol i like the tip you added too, i do that when im having lower back pain
