As a part time Amazon driver we sometimes reorder our routes on the fly to maximize our time. Not uncommon to have the app say there is a delivery on one side of the street, and then send you down the street for another one, then to come back up and deliver at a house across the street from the first one. Easier to just do the two across from each other and then move down the street
