Back in the day you had to have real talent to get noticed. Everyone who was famous was talented. In the past 15 years as long as you have a social media following or go viral then you’re famous. Everyone is famous, everyone’s a singer, everyone’s an actor, no one’s actually talented societally with auto tune. So it’s a skewed perception now. It’s hard to recognize raw talent cause you’re so used to everything being faked. MJ was one of a kind for his time

yes for his time. i’m a bit older so i didn’t grow up with devices. I love a few of his songs but i just don’t understand why ppl were falling out over him… im not into celebrity culture so that could also be a reason.
