Like I’m from the surrounding south suburbs of chicago area by 45-1.5/2 hours depending where in the city or even north side. Every Job is IN the city. I already hate that drive, not to mention mfs don’t know how to drive there. The cost on tolls to get there is insane as is, AND gas is going up and up. But I’m not a RBT or ABA or a licensed therapist/ counselor idk what to do like? Nobody had offices anywhere else? Not an hour away?

ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS PAY US ENOUGH TO LIVE. Teachers can’t support themselves off $30-40k alone. Not even $20 an hour is enough to get by alone. The level of work, emotional and physical I did as a para wasn’t working on $21/hr AND split to go through summer? So $700 biweekly? Who made that bright idea.. I had to quit for my health atp
