i would honestly report her 🤷‍♀️ there's no reason why you should be talking about the kids ur taking care of that way and if she's comfortable talking to u about them like that what else is she comfortable saying to the kids u know

You’re so right and the ONLY thing holding me back is she is sooo popular even with our director and assistant director like she worked for the director at a previous job too and they both switched locations and I’m also afraid if I report her she’ll figure out it was me and stop being work friends w me which would suck bc she is rly funny and nice she just doesn’t filter herself enough
