A doctor would probably say ur overweight or obese for your height.

I think that’s a pretty average height to weight distribution

okay cause i’ve been told im to heavy but i have a DD cup size and have had big thighs but my waist is small. if i wear a 10 in pants it will fit my legs and butt but not my waist

I don’t think so.I think society just wants us to look like little girls forever. You are basically my exact height/weight and I feel healthier than ever.

i think everyone wears weight very differently. depending on ur proportions this could just be where ur body wants to be. as long as u feel healthy and active there’s no reason for concern. if u think it’s impacting ur mobility, energy, or health negatively than that’s where i would get more concerned.

BMI is an outdated system

People always are like “well bodybuilders have a high bmi and they’re not fat!” this girl clearly isn’t a powerlifter or anything

Then you’re perfectly normal for your proportions. I’m 5’0 and I weigh the same but I also have G cup boobs and a curvier body too. I know personally I’m on the heavier side for my height but a lot of that is my boobs and just how I carry my weight

bmi is very outdated but some doctors still over prioritize it. my psychologist diagnosed me with an ED and my dr added it to my file, but he still made sure to HIGHLIGHT my bmi and “obese”
