Apparently cold water right away works best for getting out fresh blood, but I’ve found hot water works well for me (apparently I’m not the norm, so try cold water and #1’s suggestion first!)

the comments pretty much already got it, I usually rinse out with cold water, then hydrogen peroxide to make sure all stains get lifted and most times after I wash it in the washer they are gone..

soak them in oxiclean, literally the only way my mother has ever taught me and it works every time (and i have very very stubborn period blood btw)
