get off ur phone, breathe in and out slowly and deeply, look around ur room and name different things you can smell, see, and taste. find different colors. keep going even thru ur brain continuing to focus on the negative thoughts causing u anxiety and panic

in the shower i felt like i was gonna throw up and pass out so i grabbed my towel and slowly slid to the floor. i haven’t taken my meds since thursday and im on my period and those things probably have to do with it but idk what to do about it rn bc im scared to stand up bc i feel sick
