I’ve been so depressed I can’t do anything, I just wanna constantly sleep. I have my last 2 courses needed to graduate and idk how imma pass. Idk how imma do any of the work for them and study and they’re supposed to be easy courses. Im so worried

i would reach out to your professors and tell them your situation, more likely than not they will be very understanding. maybe also see if your campus has any mental health services and you can talk about your situation, and try to give advice and extra support. i have been where you are before, and you are gonna be okay, just take it one step at a time ❤️

I’m going to an out of state university. My parents have an extra car and won’t let me bring it. I have no way of really going off campus cuz everything is like an hr of a bus ride away. No family or friends can help me. My last resort is a psych prof cuz I’m a psych minor but he doesn’t respond to emails so I have to go in person next week. And then idk what else. I’m not working so idk how I’d even pay for a co pay

u can try the cheap (not so high rated) therapy sites. it might be good to just talk to someone and see what they say and recommend for u, if they're shitty then oh well at least u tried but it's probably good to get the ball rolling and try something, bc what ur currently doing can't be good to stay in too long

They have an actual doctors office that takes insurance but my insurance is wonky and they don’t prescribe meds. I think I need meds. I lowkey think I have adhd, I’m not saying that just cuz, like growing up I have had a 504 plan and an iep, I was in programs

I used to go to an in state university like 3 years ago, I went to therapy there and they said I needed more help at a real doctor. Like I wasn’t seeing a psychiatrist more like a therapist

fr research online, search reddit to see what ppl have done. i'm sure there's some way out there for u to get meds and talk to a therapist. it's great that u knw u need to make this change, keep the momentum and find a resource u got this

They also told me to move out, hence why I went out of state, but I had to come home for a bit because I didn’t complete like 2 prerequisites for 2 courses and my university wouldn’t waive the prerequisites. I completed the traditional 4 years and had 6 courses left over. I basically did 4 years of college in 2 because I was so depressed my first 2 years of college at home I failed badly

I did 4 online courses 2 of which were prerequisites for the 2 courses I’m currently taking. I had to lie to my parents abt this cuz they would never understand that they make me depressed and control me
