At this point, I just accept that all my undies will have either period stains or discharge stains no matter what. 🥲

As soon as I see blood, I rinse it with cold water until the water runs clear even when the spot is wrung out as much as possible. If there is still a stain, then I go in with hydrogen peroxide and then hand soap right after and let it air dry😛

Spray and wash from Walmart or target, it’s like $3 for a bottle and it gets out any stain

You can also wash it with the rest of your clothes, no need to wash separate

What if you’re not at home when it happens? Do you know how long it takes for the stain to set?

I’m not exactly sure, but as soon as you’re able to, I would try to rinse it out with cold water and hope for the best. I almost always have an extra pair of underwear with me in case that happens!
