It’s literally just bread though, it’s not like it goes bad in that amount of time. Do you not keep your bread in a breadbasket on the counter? We never keep cakes, brownies, breads, cookies, etc in the fridge, that’s a waste of fridge space. If someone forgot to put the lid back on and they dry out a bit just warm it up a bit and it’s fine
