Thank you! I wanted to keep it as professional as i could and not attack her.. I have so many options for references from the year but with her as my direct manager it would feel best to have her reference. I ended on good terms, gave her a goodbye hug and a thank you card. I’m not sure if she will read this exact statement or just have a meeting about it but i don’t think it will change my reference
