just found out that spermicide condoms are basically a scam bc no research suggests they are more effective at preventing pregnancy than normal condoms and if anything they can just fuck up the bacterial makeup of your vagina

this is true! but, VCF strips and other spermicides are still more effective than no condom at preventing pregnancies
