I’m a pct on an adult cardiac floor and the job quality for the pcts at our children’s hospital is soooo much better !!

I will say idk how it is in your area, but in mine, it’s hard to get hired straight into a hospital especially peds so if you think that might be the case you might wanna try volunteering at your local children’s hospital or anywhere with kids in general! Will show you rlly want it
