
Tbh you may be tmj (I forgot what it stands for but I have it). To best help ibuprofen and a warm wet rag are gonna be your bestie. Holding the rag up to each side of your jaw for 15-20 minutes helps a lot, or even using a heating pad on low heat. There’s alot more helpful things online to help too, this is just what my dentist told me to do cause I’ve had that for years (not just with head but just eating and stuff)!
