he’s got traditional values where it matters and modern day values where it matters too! like he knows i am a strong independent woman and treats me as such but will also never let me open a door or carry more than 2 bags of groceries

when we moved into our new place my job was to “stay out of the way and look pretty” while him and his best friend and grandpa did all the work which i was all for cuz i didn’t wanna have to do that (i still helped tho! i did a lot of “put that there” and carried some small things and transported the cats after we had everything inside and set in place)
