Whenever I complain to my parents about Work culture they always say some bullshit like “well that’s the way it is” like you don’t see anything wrong with our current work culture at all? Nothing‘s going to get done if you don’t do anything about it

Mine ALWAYS try to one up me.. like sorry I’m not 40 with a whole career yet but still working better and harder than anyone else my age. It’s never good enough 🤦‍♀️
