fuck elitism that these Ivy schools perpetuate. the guys did it becuase they’re elitist assholes who think they can get what they want, the frat at that school is just participating in the environment that the school has already made. Which is why people like Epstein weren’t in a frat but did go to an elite school and made friends with others at places like Harvard. This is 100% true and this has been going on for decades. It’s just that now people have now started notice and starting to make noise/light of these situations. But honestly, it’s going to keep happening because people like to go to these houses, go to parties and get the “college experience” (unfortunately for some this is the college experience).

Only way to stop this is by making it illegal (HEAVILY PUNISHABLE/Fineable) for the opposite BORN/BIRTH gender to be on the property entirely of the frat house or sorority house. But people are definitely not going to want that because they like their exceptions/experiences.

unfortunately for you we have our freedom to do what we want and the constitution actually grants this. if we had this law to restrict expressive or intimate association in frat or sorority houses then the applicable constitutional scrutiny has to apply including considerations of less restrictive alternatives.
