if there's no chance of pregnancy just wait it out until the next one, they can skip for a multitude of reasons. But likely if you're 20 days late the next one shouldn't be that far away

Tbh exercise helps but stress delays it like crazy. My period is always late around midterms and finals

there were times before i started birth control i went 3 months without my period and there was no possibility of pregnancy (i was a virgin) so don’t stress yourself out too much. if it’s an ongoing issue though, i would recommend talking to your doctor about it
