I don’t hate them but I don’t like them

I never say that I hate kids, however I do openly tell my family (who love to pressure me on it) that I have no intention of having any of my own. Kids are great, they just aren’t for me. I wouldn’t be a good parent, I can watch them and entertain them—but not raise them.

i have one friend who i can’t even mention my nephews around because she will somehow make the conversation about how she hates kids and it just kills the mood
