I cooked dinner tonight and all 6 people got seconds. Lamb souvlaki + crispy cheesy potato’s. I’ll type the recipe in the comments, but I had to share

Do potatoes first- slice baby potatoes in half or thirds. Parboil. Make garlic herb butter, I used rosemary thyme and parsley. Add a handful of parm and spread on the bottom of a pan. Add potatoes skin side up, bake at 200c for 20 mins, add another handful of parm on top and a bit of mozzarella. Bake for another 20 mins, flip out of pan and add salt on top. The lamb souvlaki I bought from Aldi pre marinated!!

From the ingredients I can tell you it’s lamb leg or shoulder sliced and marinated n olive oil lemon juice and “Greek style seasonings.” Paprika, cumin, garlic, onion powder, white wine vinegar, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper
