woke up feeling sick, terrible headache, so i checked my temperature… 96.9 DEGREES anyways, safe to say I don’t have a fever 🙃

That actually might be the opposite problem lowkey😭 I just don’t remember the numbers as well for what a bad temp is on the cold side

last night i literally was having chills so i checked my temperature. i didn’t let the thermometer finish bc it was stalling in the 96 range. i think the heat is too low idk

body temp does fluctuate a lot, and iirc its coldest when you first wake up
