People that can look you in the eye and say Taylor Swift is out of Beyoncé’s league don’t like black women, because why would you lie like that.

doesn’t pitting women against each other get exhausting

Can we stop this Beyoncé vs Taylor swift thing. They’re both killing it and support each other.

What a weird way to try and put women against each other. They are both incredible in wildly different ways and both should be supported imo 🤷🏼‍♀️ just a thought 💭

I literally never pitted them against each other, I’m going against people putting them against each other, I’ve seen too many people saying Taylor’s better and I think that’s stupid cause they make completely diff music and they’re both good at the type of music they make. It’s just funny to me how whenever the convo is not “Taylor’s better” everybody’s suddenly a girls girl but not the other way around.

I’ve seen it the other way around bc everyone hates Taylor on here and loves Beyoncé. But whatever it doesn’t matter, you just worded it really badly tbh where it doesn’t come across like that

That’s not true at all, the whole reason this conversation even started was because people came on the internet and started talking about how Eras is so much more successful than Renaissance. I’m not gonna argue on who’s better because again I don’t think it’s either, but I’m sick and tired of black ppl always having to work twice as hard to be seen as just as good. And I’m sick and tired of being given the “don’t put women against each other” when this whole convo was started by Swifties.

We must just be looking at different things idk, I’m not saying your experience isn’t true but all I’m seeing is everyone hating Taylor and loving Beyoncé and saying she’s more deserving

I feel like ur dismissing what I’m saying tho, the convo was started by swifties and it started with putting Taylor above multiple black artists (Michael Jackson) that don’t even make similar music to her. To me that indicates that this is more a racism issue than a sexism issue.

Girl I’ve seen Beyoncé fans absolutely hate on Taylor Swift and her normal fans PLENTY of times for just liking her but I also can see that it goes the opposite way. They’re just saying that she’s literally at the same kinda level of fame he was at btw, I’ve seen it, it has nothing to do with kind of music or race

But that aside yes both fandoms can be incredibly toxic sometimes but they’re literally not doing that in a racist way at all
