Trying to eat healthier any recipes yall like at all? Or any underrated food recs?

idk what kind of things you like, but i always use frozen pre shredded rotisserie chicken, frozen roasted potatoes, some sort of vegetable (normally broccoli or green beans) and these minute rice cups. sometimes eggs. and i honestly never get bored bc you can do whatever combo it and its still good and easy. plus seasons dont really have calories so you can add whatever on it to make it taste how you like

i personally love greek salads and they’re so easy to make also customizeable… cucumbers tomatoes feta cheese onions some vinaigrette, fresh herbs… can also add any kinda protein or cooked pasta to make into a pasta salad

also if you make a big batch it always tastes better the next day trust me
