not to sound paranoid but why does this one boba shop i go to, all the employees seem to have addressed me by first name despite me not putting that in their system. super bewildering.

yeah i work at a store and we see your name pop up when it gets approved!! also maybe you have a rewards card or like a unique name?

it’s not like a cafe it’s a very fast paced biba shop. i will say i am one of the only white ppl who seems to order from there (it’s a china based chain!)

every place is different but typing in your phone number for us just shows us like your caller id if that makes sense😭 like whoever is head of ur phone plans name usually
