naur 😔 we get butthole crams is bcuz of the buttholes proximity to the pelvic floor. period cramps are from a hormone called prostaglandins, they contract your pelvic floor muscles AND your rectum (men have the same hormone too, but in men it’s only used to move sperm throughout their junk, so they don’t get cramps like we do)
