We had an issue similar and we essentially had to ban one of the parties from our campus service

I unfortunately won’t even be allowed to do that. He works the night shift at the same job as me (my bosses moved him to the night shift BECAUSE HE WAS MAKING WOMEN UNCOMFORTABLE)

But he still comes in during my shift and won’t leave me alone. I’m afraid and don’t know what to do at this point.

Does your boss know that he comes in during your shift and makes you Uncomfortable?

All of my bosses know, he makes them uncomfortable too (they’re all women). I’m allowed to leave the room when he comes in but it makes me feel so small.

Keep reporting him then. Make student affairs feel uncomfortable like you are because it’s unacceptable for you to feel how you are and you can’t do anything else.

Or ask them for a solution because if he won’t stop you need a solution because the options your managers have done aren’t working
