Emily couldn’t help her pregnancy but the writers could’ve gone a different direction. Shows hide pregnancies all time, hell, the Nanny made a joke about it when Lauren Lane was pregnant!

i’m 99% sure i saw an article where she said she didn’t want to hide either of her pregnancies during the show. something to do with like not wanting the character to be limited to only storylines that could hide her belly
